You Already Paid To Get These People Once
Everything else in the plan goes looking for somebody new. This is the part that talks to the people you've already worked for, and that list is the only one you own outright.
What you actually get
Four Written Campaigns You Send In One Click
Lead revival goes to quotes that went quiet. The review request goes out after a job went well. A holiday promotion carries your seasonal offer, like a pre-winter furnace check. Customer nurture says a service is due again.
They arrive already written for your trade. You read the draft, change anything that doesn't sound like you, and send it to a list you export from your own invoicing software. Replies land in the same shared inbox as everything else.
Why it works
The Evidence Under This One Is Thinner Than We Would Like
Housecall Pro surveyed 1,040 homeowners and 68% said they would hire the same company again after good service. That's stated intent from a vendor surveying its own market, and it's still the strongest support for texting a past list.
Every SMS engagement figure we could verify traces to one vendor's own survey of 959 people (EZ Texting, 2026), and no independent research exists on what a text to a past list produces. So we will not tell you what a send is worth.
How long until it works
This One Waits On You And On Our Lawyer
Unlike the rest of the plan, this doesn't switch on at launch. It needs a customer list exported from your invoicing software or CRM. If your records live in a notebook in the van, there's nothing to send to.
It also waits on us. We are not running these campaigns until counsel has answered a question about texting past customers under the United States rules on marketing messages. If that answer changes the campaign set, we'll change it.
What it costs you
One Export And A Small Amount Of Goodwill
Your part is the export. Pull the customer list out of whatever you invoice in, read the draft, and press send. We clean the file and handle the carrier registration that automated business texting requires in the United States.
Every message to that list spends a little of the goodwill you earned by doing the work well. That's why there are four campaigns and not a monthly newsletter. A list you text every week stops reading you.
What This Does Not Do
It needs a list you already own, of your own customers. We don't buy lists and we don't scrape them. If your records live in a notebook, this is worth nothing.
The review campaign asks and never offers. No gift card, no discount, no prize draw, because incentivised reviews break Google's policies and the Federal Trade Commission's rule. Plenty of people sell that. We won't.
Every send shrinks the list a little. Each message carries an opt out, some people use it, an opt out is permanent, and that is why the sends are occasional.
