Sections 1 to 3 cover using this website. Section 4 is the part that matters: the actual terms of what we sell, in plain English, published here so you can read them before you talk to anyone rather than discover them afterwards.

1. Using this website
You may read this site, fill in its forms, and contact us. You may not scrape it, copy its design or code, or use it to send us anything unlawful. The text, code, images and layout of this site belong to Impact Marketing LLC, except where they belong to somebody else and are used with permission.
If you submit a form, you are telling us the details you give are yours to give and are accurate.
2. About the website previews we build
We sometimes build a working homepage for a business before that business has hired us, and then show it to them. If that is how you found us, three things are true and worth saying plainly:
- It is speculative work. We built it unasked, at our own cost, and you owe us nothing for it.
- It is not deployed on your domain and it is not live to the public. It sits on a preview address until and unless you hire us.
- We built it, so we own it. If you don't hire us, the preview comes down and nothing transfers to you. If you do hire us, section 4.9 explains exactly what you get.
Any logo, photograph, review or business detail of yours that appears in a preview is used only to show you what your site could look like. We will remove it on request, immediately and without argument.
3. What we do and don't promise
We promise the work: a website, built well, live, hosted, and maintained by us.
We make no guarantee of rankings, search position, traffic, phone calls, leads, jobs or revenue. Anyone in this industry who guarantees those things is either misinformed or lying, and we would rather lose the sale. Nothing on this website, in any advertisement, or in any conversation with us should be read as such a guarantee, and no employee or contractor of ours has authority to give one.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google, Meta, or any other platform. If anyone tells you otherwise on our behalf, they are wrong and we want to hear about it.
4. The material terms of the service
These are the terms of our standard Local Services Website plan. The agreement you actually sign governs, and it will match this. If it ever doesn't, tell us. That is a mistake on our side.
4.1 Price

A 3% processing fee applies to card payments. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
4.2 What is included
- A rebuilt website of up to 12 pages, or up to 30 pages on the annual plan.
- Hosting, SSL, and keeping it online.
- Basic search setup so the site can be found.
- Two change requests a month We make the changes, you do not.
- Support by email and text, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. A site that is down is an incident, not a ticket, and we treat it that way.
- Additional pages beyond your plan's allowance are $297 each, one time.
4.3 No editor login, and we mean that as a feature
You do not get a content management login, because we have watched too many good sites broken by a well-meaning edit at 11pm. You send us the change and we make it. If you want to edit your own site, we are the wrong company for you and we would rather say so now.
4.4 How long the build takes
Our published commitment is 7 business days for the first draft and 15 business days to live, from the day we receive your content. We aim to beat both. You get unlimited revisions on the first build within the first 14 days. After that, the standard two changes a month applies.
4.5 Term and renewal: read this one
It depends which plan you are on, so here are all three.
Monthly and quarterly have no contract and no minimum term. They run until you cancel. Each renews automatically for another month or another quarter, and you can stop that at any time before a renewal date.
We do not currently sell a fixed-term plan. Every plan is month to month or quarterly, renews automatically, and can be cancelled before a renewal date.
4.6 Refunds
Fees already paid are not refundable, including any part-used period. What you have paid for is work we have already done and hosting we have already provided.
If we have got something wrong, tell us and we will fix the work. On a case-by-case basis we may make an exception, but you should plan on the stated position rather than the exception.
4.7 If you leave
There is no setup fee and no early termination charge. You pay for the period you are in, and it stops at the end of it.
4.8 If you stop paying
At the end of the period you have paid for, the website comes down. This is the trade that makes $297 a month possible: you are not paying for a website outright, you are subscribing to one we build, own, host and maintain.
Your email keeps working. If we manage your DNS, we will never take your business email down, delay it, or hold it as leverage in a billing dispute. Ever. Mail records are permanently carved out of anything we switch off.
Your domain stays yours. Your domain name is registered in your own account, in your name. We ask for delegated access to point it at the site. We cannot hold it, and we would not.
You can also export your leads and form submissions at any time, including on the day you leave, and for 30 days afterwards.
4.9 Who owns the website
We do, and here is exactly what that means.
We license the finished website to you for as long as your subscription is paid and current. That license is granted in consideration of your recurring fee, it is not perpetual, and it ends when the subscription ends, at which point hosting stops and the site comes down. This is a rental, described as a rental.
What is yours from day one, and stays yours whatever happens:
- Your domain name.
- Your business name, logo, trademarks and brand.
- The photographs, text, reviews and materials you gave us.
- Your customers' inquiries, form submissions and contact details.
- Your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner; we ask only for manager access, and we release it within seven business days of your asking, regardless of anything you may owe us.
You can buy the website outright. The buyout is $1,000, and it falls to a deployable file of the site, at which point the site is simply yours. We publish that figure here rather than quoting it on request, so you know the price of leaving before you arrive.
On a buyout we assign you the code we wrote, the copy we wrote, and the graphics we created for your site. Two honest exclusions: our reusable framework and component code, which we license to you permanently for use on that site rather than assign; and any third-party material such as stock photographs, commercial fonts or licensed plugins, which carry their own licenses and which you will need to license in your own name. We will give you a list of exactly what those are.
4.10 What we need from you
Your content, service list, photographs and business details, within a reasonable time of signing, and permission to use it. If you send us material you do not have the rights to, that is on you, and you agree to cover us if someone objects.
5. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If we end up in a dispute, we would both rather talk first. Email team@impactranks.com and we will get on a call.
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
